Position: Junior Trainer
We’re looking for amazing educators to join our team who are excited about working with kids and youth (aged 6-15), interacting with parents, and contributing to our curriculum and methods. If you are a “people person”, can inspire and motivate others, love learning new things, we want to hear from you.
We want you to:
- Facilitate an innovative classroom environment that gives our students space to develop their critical thinking and problem solving skills, and have LOTS & LOTS of FUN
- Develop meaningful mentor-relationships with students
- Track student progress and communicate with parents
- Help create new curricular content
- Innovate on our curricular and teaching methods
We’re looking for someone with:
- A passion for interacting with kids and youth
- An engaging and friendly personality
- An appetite for learning new things
- Savvy computer skills
- Strong background in maths and logic
- Fresh graduates from IT is encouraged to apply
- Work experience in IT and/or as an educator is an added advantage
- This is a FULL TIME position
